US unemployment reaches lowest level in 18 years 

According to Mikrofonnews Agency (MHA), the unemployment rate dropped under 4% in April the lowest ever in the past one century.

The unemployment rate among American blacks has also reached to 6.6 percent in April, the lowest ever recorded in all the years. This rate is one of the criteria for assessing the availability of equal opportunities for colored people in the United States of America.

According to the recent figures published by the US Department of Labor, in April, 164 thousand new job opportunities have been created in the US markets which was slightly lower than previous projections.

Most of the job opportunities were created in the factories, trade sector, health services and Professional Services.

The average wage for the workers in the private sector has increased to 26.84 US dollar per hour, which shows an increase of 2.6 percent compared to the last year’s. Dropping the unemployment rate was Trump’s main electoral slogans during the presidential campaigns.
