U.S. cut off half of the financial aids to Palestine

According to Mikrofonnews agency (MHA), United States of America has cut off half of the financial aids to Palestine after political tensions increased between U.S. and Palestinian officials recently.

White House says this year 60 million dollar from the 125 million will be paid to UN Special Organization for Palestinian Refugees, while half of the budget will not be paid for now due to the political considerations.

President Trump’s decision to declare Jerusalem as the capital of Israel on December 6, angered Palestinian officials and millions of Muslims in the Islamic countries.

Donald Trump had threaten Palestinian officials if they don’t join the Middle East peace process, financial aids to the government of Palestine will be cut off.
