Qatar files complaint against UAE AT ICJ

According to Mikrofonnews Agency (MHA), Qatar has filed an official complained against the United Arab Emirates (UAE), at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Monday.

Qatari officials say they complained from UAE for an illegal siege of Qatar and violating the UN treaty which bans all kind of racial discriminations. More details on the issue have not been released yet and there is no immediate reaction from UAE.

The crisis between Qatar and several Arab countries started in June 2017 when four Arab countries led by Saudi Arabia cut off ties with Qatar accusing Doha of supporting terrorism.

The Arab countries closed down all borders saying the relation will not return to normal until Qatar stops supporting terrorism and a closeness with Iran. Qatar denies the allegations calling the move against the international laws.
