According to Mikrofonnews Agency (MHA), Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says Turkey doesn’t need to take permission for destroying terrorists.
“Operation Olive Branch will continue until the complete clearance of the region from the terrorists”, Erdogan wrote in his Twitter account. He says the main reason behind the operation is to bring security for Turkey as will to bring peace and stability for Syria, helping the war-torn country to preserve security and integrity.
He says peace and stability in Syria will allow hundreds of thousands of Syrians to live in their own country with tranquility. The comments came days after Turkey launched a major military operation in Afrin, north-west of Syria, which borders Turkey. The operation is supported by Free Syrian Army.
