France says Iran has violated resolution of 2231

According to Mikrofonnews Agency (MHA), Jean-Yves Le Drian, French Foreign Minister says Iran has violated resolution of 2231, passed by the UN Security council.

The resolution was adopted to curb Iran’s missile activates. Le Drian says extension of the suspension of Iran’s nuclear deal for the next four months by President Donald Trump was a warning to the government of Iran.

“Iran must respect the resolution 2231 of the Security Council, meanwhile we are very concerned about Iran’s efforts to destabilize Lebanon, Yemen and Syria”, Le Drian says.

Meanwhile, U.S. Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson says has reached an agreement with British officials to form a commission for amending the Iran’s nuclear deal, after a meeting with his British counterpart.

Progress have been made in gaining supports from the European countries over imposing serious sanctions against Iran, Tillerson said on Monday. After a meeting between U.S. and British Foreign Ministers, Boris Johnson British Foreign Minister said London is committed to cooperation with its partners to control Iran’s destructive role in the region and world.

He said all efforts should be done in framework of Iran’s nuclear deal in order to not destroy the deal.
