Forced veil for female Chinese musician in live performances in Iran

According to Mikrofonnews agency (MHA), one of the organizers of a music festival in Iran has made a female Chinese musician to wear scarf as the musicians were performing live.

The musician was forced to have veil during the performance but the scarf fell down from her head and immediately one of the authorities rushed to the stage covering her hair with a black cloth, according to local media in Iran.

The move is criticized widely in the social media. Iranian women must cover their hairs according to the Islamic laws. The law should be practiced by all foreign citizens who visit Iran without any exception.
