A strategic village of Syria cleared of terrorists on Wednesday : Turkey

According to Mikrofonnews Agency (MHA), Turkish army alongside the Free Syrian Army (FSA), liberated a Syrian village from PYD/PKK on Wednesday.

According to an Anadolu Agency correspondent at the scene, the village of Bak Ubasi in Syria’s northwestern Afrin region has been liberated, as a part of Operation Olive Branch. The latest victory follows Tuesday’s liberation of the villages of Khalil, Sati Ushaghi, and al-Qana, and brings to 25 the areas liberated as of day 12 of Operation Olive Branch.

20 to clear PYD/PKK and Daesh terrorists from Afrin in northwestern Syria.Meanwhile, Turkish army said on Wednesday that more than 700 terrorists have been killed during the Operation Olive Branch in Afrin, so far.

A statement released by Joint Staff of Turkish Army says the operation is going on in north-west of Syria, bordering Turkey against the terrorists. Turkey launched major military operation in Afrin on January 20, to eliminate terrorists from the Syrian north-western areas, bordering Turkey.
