307 people wounded in Japan’s earthquake

According to Mikrofonnews Agency (MHA), the number of people wounded during a powerful earthquake climbed up to 307 in Japan, officials say.

The tragedy came when a 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit Osaka city in the west of Japan. At least three people, among them a 9 years old girl, killed in the earthquake which caused a huge fire inside several buildings. Japanese media says this was one of the most powerful earthquakes in the recent years in Japan.

Rescue and search teams have been deployed to the area but the aid teams couldn’t reach to some affected areas as all roads are closed down. Airports in the area were closed for several hours, train lines interrupted and factories had to halt production.
